About
Graeme Kiloh
Personal Trainer · Yorkville, Toronto
Graeme turned a lifelong passion for movement and sport into a career built around helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay in the game longer. As a certified personal trainer and university anatomy instructor, he brings hands-on coaching experience together with a deep, practical understanding of how the body actually works.
He's also a certified emergency medical responder, which shapes how he coaches: safety and sound movement come first, results follow. Over the years he's worked with varsity athletes, recreational teams, seniors, first-timers, and clients with special needs, building programs around performance, longevity, rehab and prehab, and everyday quality of life.

Training Philosophy
Good coaching starts with good movement. Before adding load or intensity, we build the joint mobility, stability, and control that everything else is built on, with programs that are practical, progressive, and built to fit your life.
